There are 350 versions of the Thirukkural, and each has a particular perspective and interpretation of the verses.
Anban English Thirukkural is the Humanist version best suited for English speaking people and the Tamil diaspora.

Teaching Method
Thirukkural Lifestyle Program is an online course as well as in a Workshop format.
The teaching method for the Thirukkural Lifestyle Program is open distance learning (distance education). In this approach, well-designed study materials are emailed to the students, and this replaces physical class lectures. Students can determine their own study progress.
The course uses the following online teaching methods:

Course Contents and Expectations from the Students
The course contents is the Thirukkural text.
You are required to do the following:
1. Write the 64 verses of the Thirukkural using a black pen in a hard cover book. The 64 verses are attached for you to write.
2. Write the 108 Principles of the Thirukkural. The 108 Principles are attached for you to write.
3. Email the writings by scanning or taking a picture of it and sending to: tmoodaliyourlifecoach@gmail.com
4. List your questions about the verses and the teachings.
