WHO AM I
Hello everybody. My name is Thiru Moodali and I am a certified Life Coach. I am single, no children and I like curries as well as pizza and pasta with cheese sauce. I live in Johannesburg and my interests are nature, walking and going to the gym. My hobbies are reading philosophy, history and science as well as other cultures and religions. I have a passion to help people therefore I enjoy life coaching.
WHAT IS LIFE COACHING
This “is a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve. To be successful, a coach requires knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place.”
Life Coaching is a partnership between client and coach. Coaching can be used to help you achieve your goals. Life Coaching is an enriching experience that will help you create a life that you love to have.
WHAT IS NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL THERAPY
The techniques are a process of active imagination where the client imagines floating above his/her Time Line and letting go of his/her negative emotions and or limiting decisions (or limiting beliefs). Then the client is also asked to imagine creating events in his future that support his goals or outcomes. Negative Emotional Therapy have demonstrated results in a broad variety of presenting problems. It is a powerful technique which allows clients to make long-lasting changes in a very rapid way. I am a certified practitioner of Negative Emotional Therapy.
WHAT IS NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)
NLP is a model of communication, how we communicate to self and others and how that communication creates and affects our behaviour. As a study, it is a synthesis of cognitive and behavioural philosophies which focus on the information coming in through the neurology (cognitive) and the programs we run inside our heads to produce the behaviours (behavioural) we do. I am certified as an NLP Practitioner and Life Coach.

HOW COACHING WORKS
Coaching is focused on what is right for you and what your needs are. My approach is client-focused.
What we do in the sessions will be based on your needs. In the first session I look at what you want to work on. It is about understanding your expectations for coaching. What you are unhappy with in your life. Based on the discussion we work on setting objectives and outcomes. These are outcomes you want to achieve when the coaching is done. The outcomes are what you want.
Although I can work on anything you want to work on in a session, coaching is focused on achieving the objectives you want. Coaching is results focused in that we have to achieve the objectives that brought you to a coach.
COACHING ENVIRONMENT
My coaching environment is safe. The coaching session is your time and your space to be just you. You come in whatever frame of mind you are in. You come as you are. You do not need to be anything or do anything. You cannot do wrong in the session. I have signed a Code of Ethics. All your sessions is confidential. A life coach ensures that you have a safe, neutral and non-judgmental place to share your ideas, dreams and fears.

My role as your life coach is to enable and support you in achieving your goals.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
Life Coaching takes place over a period of 16 hours. Sessions are 4 hours at a time.
It can be done over 3 days in full.
